Important bits and bobs

Please take the time to read these.

As with all good things, there are a few caveats, terms, and conditions. These are not to scare but inform you of what obligations, or lack there of, are owed to you by Pest Free Token, including the developers, Pest Free Token project, Pest Free Token Limited, and Pest Free Token Trust (“we” or “us” or “our” or “PFT”).

1) Any interaction with us, including through this site, is per our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (see below).

2 Any information on this website, including any provided from or by us, is not financial advice. Investing in crypto always comes with its risks and you should never invest more than you are willing to lose. We accept no liability for any loss you may incur, including by anything said or posted by any third party on any social media platform.

3) PFT is not a financial security, service, or exchange; it is a token. Its value/price is set by the market.

4) The developers created PFT in their personal capacity. The initial market distribution was not in return for funds but in response to pledges which did not constitute a sale, presale, or initial offering.

5) Any purchase of PFT is conducted solely by you personally and is external of us. We do not act as your agent and are not responsible for any KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations, including any under the Anti-money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. You are not a customer of us.

6) Any purchase of PFT is not a purchase of an asset or debt held by the us, but a purchase of a token from a third-party. As such, we are not responsible or liable for any obligation, action, or omission by you or any exchange or third-party, including but not limited to any tax or financial reporting obligation. Pest Free Token Limited and Pest Free Token Trust are merely vehicles set up to collect a portion of the token distribution generated by transactions of PFT. You can find more information about these vehicles under the ‘Transparency’ section on our homepage, or information about how crypto tokens work and operate through various other online sources.

7) We suggest you seek independent advice if you have any concerns about anything above or on our website, though we are more than happy to talk to you in the first instance.

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy. In summary:

1) Your personal information may be collected, used, and stored to further the purpose of the PFT project, including that of Pest Free Token Trust and Pest Free Token Limited.

2) We securely store all personal information, as required by the Privacy Act 2020.

3) We do not rent or sell any personal information to anyone.

4) Please contact us if you would like to discuss anything to which this policy relates, including to access and/or correct any personal information we might hold about you.
